Our Story, what do we offer?

Welcome

We are a small family business of crafters based in Kent and our adventure began in 2020 during the first wave of the Pandemic after inspiration from crafters that were in search a reliable supplier of blank goods for personalisation to support their business needs, and to also create beautiful gifts and keepsakes to your ideas. We continue to grow upon this and welcome you to join us on our journey.

Our selection of blank goods includes quality products sourced and tested by us for every occasion, size or budget. We pride ourselves on being able to offer goods that not only stand out for their quality but are also meeting the demands of trends in todays fast paced social era that your customers maybe looking for. Our customer service team will make sure that your expectations are not just met, but exceeded.

We stock blank items ranging from home goods to clothing , seasonal items and gifts. We are a
B2B business predominantly selling to trade. All items come provided without customisation unless arranged with us separately.

Our Shipping Policy

How It Works

We use Royal mail tracked 48  for shipping most of our orders, however we do sometimes also use Yodel and Evri if royal mail is not possible. Royal Mail tracked 48 service - all of the goods in your order must fit into a single box, we reserve the right to contact you should your order not be viable for a single box to discuss alternative shipping options ( this may incur extra cost for upgrade) If your order is large and there are multiple boxes please choose the DPD rate 1- 10kg for next day UK shipping if you are in doubt please contact us for help.

We aim to pack and despatch your order if goods are in stock within generally within 1 to 2 business days, however some items are stored separately and may need additional time to be collected, please contact us to be advised if you need items for a specific date so we can advise of any additional time needed, if you have ordered preorder items in the same shipment this will also delay the despatch until all goods are in stock.

For shipping to quote for destinations outside of the mainland UK for example Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, and international destinations please contact us so we can quote you fairly for the size of your order. 
Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland are covered with royal mail tracked 48 up to the weights specified at checkout, however two or more boxes will incur additional fee, please contact us for quotation.

Please note- If making PayPal payments and selecting to pay via a bank account PayPal delays sending the funds and it may take up to 5 days for funds to clear, this will delay your order being despatched. If you are not happy to wait please use an alternative method of payment. 
 

Any deliveries that are not accepted by you on delivery or failed by 'no answer' by the customer and retuned to us are chargeable at the current rate of dpd for a failed delivery. This amount will be payable to us when the goods have been retuned to us, for a redelivery of the same parcel there will be a new shipping cost. Failure to settle this charge will result in the goods ordered not being refundable.

Returns, Refunds and Preorders

How It Works

We hope you will always be happy with your order but understand that sometimes there may be an issue, we aim to resolve this quickly and easily.

All goods must be checked upon receipt and any issues notified to us within 7 days of arrival. 

All goods need to be checked within 7 days of arrival after 7 days we will not consider your claim. We work on a B2B basis and do not offer refunds or cancellations on preorders or change of mind purchases, we also do not refund preorders. If your goods arrive and appear to be faulty please contact us within the 7 days of receipt with clear photo of the fault, we will treat each case individually and will either replace the broken/ faulty item with next purchase , offer a partial refund in way of a credit note or a full refund in form of credit note. You may be asked to ship the item back to us for inspection prior to us agreeing a credit these shipping costs are payable by the customer and are non refundable.  

Preorders- These are sold as B2B and are non refundable , all descriptions are given on each listing. shipping times are estimates and can fluctuate due to measures beyond our control such as but not limited to, war, weather, political situations in shipping countries, pandemics. We do not refund preorders when reasons are beyond that of the company.

We will not offer to credit/ replace any goods that arrive broken if the shipping method chosen doesn't offer adequate protection to the product, for example choosing to ship a glass product in a mailing bag.

We will not offer to credit/ replace any goods that you have altered or personalised, you are required to ensure all goods are checked for defects on arrival and notify us if there are issues within the 7 days of receipt.

All goods shall be credit noted at our discretion and any return postage paid buy the customer, items that are defective will be checked on return.  All proof of receipt for returns must be retained in case of loss.

All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund shipping fees.
If we agree to accept goods back from you that are not damaged/ defective we will not refund shipping fees or payment plan fees.

Using a payment plan 

We accept Laybuy and Klarna payment plans as well as paypal and all major bank cards. From one small business to another we understand that sometimes we need to use a payment plan, however due to the fees of these plans that effect us greatly we kindly ask you to please commit to a minimum order of £50(before shipping) when using laybuy and Klarna.   
All other payment options do not have a minimum order total amount we welcome any order no matter the size.


Please note If you use the payment plans for orders under  £50 your order will be cancelled and the fee deducted before being refunded.
